About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing fintech company that is transforming wealth management with seamless and intuitive digital solutions. Backed by leading investors, they are rapidly expanding their global presence, with a strong focus on the UAE Market and establishing an international expansion hub. To support this growth, they are looking for a Tech Lead to drive the development of an innovative wealth management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical development for the UAE and International market, working closely with product teams.
• Oversee market-specific integrations and ensure smooth connectivity with the global platform.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams to shape UAE & International-specific features.
• Establish operational support processes to maintain service reliability.
• Conduct technical research on local integrations and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in refining technical specifications for the product team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack expertise.
• Familiarity with Flutter and Node.js (TypeScript) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, with experience in serverless architectures and cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to design modular, scalable software systems.
• Comfortable working with remote teams in a distributed engineering environment.
• Product-driven mindset, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs.
• Strong Communication skills in English, Arabic is a huge advantage.
• Experience working with Financial Services in GCC / UAE is a huge advantage.
• UAE Visa Sponsorship is provided to the right candidate.
