Sr. Software Engineer – Product Development

Experience: 2&ndash; 6 Years Qualification - Master&rsquo;s in CS or related field, or Bachelor&rsquo;s with strong CS fundamentals We're building the AI platform that automates insurance and financial workflows &mdash; and we're hiring engineers to make it real.What you'll do:<ul><li>Build testing infrastructure &mdash; frameworks, harnesses, and tooling that make the entire engineering team faster.</li><li>Write production code that improves system reliability: validation layers, monitoring, error handling, self-healing mechanisms.</li><li>Design and implement contract tests, chaos tests, and simulation environments for AI agents.</li><li>Create tooling to catch regressions before they reach production.</li><li>Instrument systems for observability &mdash; logs, metrics, traces that expose real behaviour</li><li>Debug hard problems across distributed services and ML pipelines.</li><li>Define and enforce quality gates in CI/CD &mdash; if it's not tested, it doesn't ship.</li></ul>What we're looking for;<ul><li>Strong programming skills in Python &mdash; you build systems, not just scripts.</li><li>Experience designing testable architectures and writing code that's easy to verify.</li><li>Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and failure modes.</li><li>Familiarity with observability tools (logging, tracing, metrics)</li><li>Ability to read and contribute to ML codebases.</li><li>You think about edge cases before others find them.</li><li>Comfort working across the stack &mdash; backend, infra, data pipelines.</li><li>Working knowledge of automation testing tools like Playwright etc.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Thiruvananthapuram District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
