Sr. Software Engineer – Product Development

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification - Master’s in CS or related field, or Bachelor’s degree with strong CS fundamentals

We're building the AI platform that automates insurance and financial workflows — and we're hiring engineers to make it real.

What you'll do;

• Design and build agentic AI systems that process documents, automate workflows, and make decisions at enterprise scale.
• Own features end-to-end—from architecture through production.
• Work directly with customers to understand real problems and ship solutions.
• Develop, Implement and optimize core algorithms and data structures.
• Integrate machine learning models into production systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code (Java, C++, Python).
• Contribute to architecture and design of SaaS-based solutions.
• Keep up with emerging trends in AI, automation, and enterprise technology.
• Lead a team of 8-10 engineers.

What we're looking for;

• Expert-level programming in Python, Java, or C++ — you write clean, performant, production-ready code.
• Strong problem-solving ability — you break down complex systems and debug efficiently under pressure.
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, system design.
• Research experience or deep working knowledge of LLMs, agentic frameworks, and applied ML
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience shipping software in a team environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity — we're building something new.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per year
