Software Engineer (QA)

Experience: 2– 6 Years
Qualification - Master’s in CS or related field, or Bachelor’s with strong CS fundamentals
We're building the AI platform that automates insurance and financial workflows — and we're hiring engineers to make it real.

What you'll do:

• Build testing infrastructure — frameworks, harnesses, and tooling that make the entire engineering team faster.
• Write production code that improves system reliability: validation layers, monitoring, error handling, self-healing mechanisms.
• Design and implement contract tests, chaos tests, and simulation environments for AI agents.
• Create tooling to catch regressions before they reach production.
• Instrument systems for observability — logs, metrics, traces that expose real behaviour
• Debug hard problems across distributed services and ML pipelines.
• Define and enforce quality gates in CI/CD — if it's not tested, it doesn't ship.

What we're looking for;

• Strong programming skills in Python — you build systems, not just scripts.
• Experience designing testable architectures and writing code that's easy to verify.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and failure modes.
• Familiarity with observability tools (logging, tracing, metrics)
• Ability to read and contribute to ML codebases.
• You think about edge cases before others find them.
• Comfort working across the stack — backend, infra, data pipelines.
• Working knowledge of automation testing tools like Playwright etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
