We offer our team members a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday.We are seeking highly skilled Shop Welders / Fabricators to join our team in a fast paced fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will possess fabrication and welding experience . As a Shop Welder / Fabricator, you will be responsible for the layout, assembly, and welding of fabricated assemblies. Must have knowledge of fabrication and welding processes for carbon, stainless and aluminum.Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely operate forklift and overhead crane.</li><li>Reading both construction and shop prints.</li><li>Fit, fabricate and weld from drawings.</li><li>Layout beams, columns, stair stringers and structural handrailing.</li><li>MIG and TIG welding of both carbon, stainless and aluminum.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned or required by supervisor.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Ability to read prints for fabrication and installation.</li><li>Must possess math skills.</li><li>Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, precision tools, and man lifts.</li><li>Willingness to work overtime when necessary.</li><li>Welding MIG and TIG.</li><li>Proficient use of shop equipment such as iron worker, band saws, cutting torch, shear, brake press, etc.</li></ul>Join our team as a Shop Welder / Fabricator where your skills will contribute to the success of our operations while providing opportunities for growth and development within the industry.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>10 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li></ul>Work Location: In person

We offer our team members a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday.Qualified candidates must have experience in field erection/on-site installation of large ductwork, structural steel and process piping. Welding experience is a requirement. Candidates must be willing to work overtime, hold a valid drivers license, comfortable working at heights and be able to pass a drug test and background check.Duties<ul><li>Perform welding tasks using SMAW and /or FCAW welding and other techniques to fabricate metal components.</li><li>Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and requirements.</li><li>Ensure all work meets applicable codes and standards for safety and quality.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on construction site projects, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of completed welds to ensure structural integrity.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Welder with proficiency in Stick and Fluxcore welding.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.</li><li>Familiarity with industry codes and standards related to welding practices.</li><li>Experience operating cranes and other heavy machinery is preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li><li>Commitment to safety protocols in a construction site environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>10 hour shift</li></ul>Work Location: In person
