Job Title: Backend Engineer (Python, LLM &amp; AI Agents, Big Data)Location: Karachi, Pakistan Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for a Backend Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in Python development, specializing in LLMs (Large Language Models), AI Agents, and Big Data handling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with LangGraph and AI-driven workflows. You will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing scalable backend systems that integrate AI models for automation and intelligent decision-making.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain backend services using Python with a focus on AI Agents, LLM-based applications, and LangGraph.</li><li>Build and optimize AI-driven workflows using LangGraph for reasoning and decision-making automation.</li><li>Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices for AI applications.</li><li>Work with Big Data processing frameworks to efficiently manage and process large datasets.</li><li>Develop data pipelines and integrate AI models into production environments.</li><li>Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance in AI-powered applications.</li><li>Deploy AI-driven solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).</li><li>Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and frontend developers to build intelligent automation tools.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2-3 years of experience in backend development using Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask, etc.).</li><li>Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-powered applications.</li><li>Hands-on experience with LangGraph for AI workflow orchestration.</li><li>Experience working with AI Agents (LangChain, OpenAI APIs, AutoGPT, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of Big Data handling &ndash; experience with Apache Spark, Dask, Kafka, or similar is a plus.</li><li>Expertise in building APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and microservices architecture.</li><li>Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL &ndash; PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).</li><li>Experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployments.</li><li>Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, FAISS, Weaviate).</li><li>Exposure to NLP techniques and fine-tuning LLMs.</li><li>Experience with event-driven architectures and real-time data processing.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Backend development Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask, etc.): 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
