Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.</li><li>Allocate work to workers and ensure timely completion.</li><li>Monitor quality of work, safety compliance, and housekeeping at the site.</li><li>Maintain records of manpower, materials, and daily progress.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management for smooth operations.</li><li>Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns to seniors.</li><li>Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available when required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Civil / Mechanical / relevant field).</li><li>Experience: 0&ndash;3 years in construction, fabrication, or site-related work.</li><li>Knowledge of site supervision, safety practices, and basic measurements.</li><li>Good communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to handle workers and ensure discipline at the site.</li><li>Willingness to travel and work at project locations.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Salary as per industry standards.</li><li>Travel / site allowances.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,732.96 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
