You&rsquo;ll manage the front desk, handle calls and client visits, and support administrative operations to ensure our office runs efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, professional environment and enjoys contributing to a mission-driven team that helps families every day.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.</li><li>Take and relay messages accurately to the appropriate team members.</li><li>Greet clients and visitors warmly and courteously.</li><li>Maintain an organized, welcoming office environment that reflects our firm&rsquo;s standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure every caller and visitor feels heard and supported, setting the tone for a positive client experience.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and share insights with leadership.</li><li>Reflect the firm&rsquo;s brand promise &mdash; We Choose Sides. You&rsquo;ll play an important role in helping prospective clients take their first step toward resolving their legal matters.The OpportunityWe are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for individuals reaching out to our firm.
