We’re growing quickly and are looking for an Intake Specialist who embodies warmth, empathy, and attention to detail. You’ll play an important role in helping prospective clients take their first step toward resolving their legal matters.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for individuals reaching out to our firm. This position plays a key role in identifying potential new clients (PNCs) who are a good fit for our legal services and ensuring a smooth, efficient intake process from first contact through consultation scheduling.

What You’ll Do

• Screen and Pre-Qualify Leads
• Explain the Firm’s Process for Intake and Engagement
• Initiate the Pre-Engagement Glidepath
• Capture information in the Contact Relationship Management (CRM) System and Lead Tracker spreadsheet
• Follow up with PNCs the do not schedule or attend an initial consultation
• Prepare New Client Welcome Packets for PNCs who engage the Firm

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree, or equivalent work experience, required
• Customer Service experience, required.
• Experience working in a law firm is an asset.
• Real life experience and a few “battle scars” to give you empathy and understanding is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
