Job SummaryKhwaja Bashir Ahmad &amp; Sons (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Factory Accountant to manage factory accounts, stock records, and ERP/accounting software operations. The candidate will ensure accurate financial records, inventory control, and smooth accounting operations within the factory.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting &amp; Finance<ul><li>Maintain daily accounting records in the accounting software/ERP system.</li><li>Record purchases, sales, expenses, and production-related transactions.</li><li>Maintain supplier and customer ledgers.</li><li>Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries.</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts and cash balances.</li><li>Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.</li><li>Assist management with financial analysis and reports.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Stock Management<ul><li>Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials and finished goods.</li><li>Record stock movement including inward and outward entries.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.</li><li>Coordinate with store and production departments.</li><li>Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.</li></ul>Factory Operations Support<ul><li>Maintain production and consumption records.</li><li>Verify gate passes, delivery notes, and goods receipt notes.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for purchases and deliveries.</li><li>Ensure proper filing of factory documents.</li><li>Support audits and inspections.</li></ul>Software Management<ul><li>Operate ERP/accounting software efficiently.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate data entry.</li><li>Maintain digital records and reports.</li><li>Coordinate with management for system improvements.</li></ul>RequirementsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / BBA / M.Com preferred).</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years experience in accounting.</li><li>Factory or Warehousing experience preferred.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles.</li><li>Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.</li><li>Strong numerical and analytical skills.</li><li>Good record-keeping ability.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li></ul>Personal Qualities<ul><li>Honest and responsible</li><li>Organized and disciplined</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Good communication skills</li></ul>Additional Requirements<ul><li>Must be willing to work in Jalalpur Pirwala</li></ul>Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
