We're happy to train.HoursVariableResponsibilities<ul><li>Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks</li><li>Assess customers&rsquo; needs and preferences and make recommendations</li><li>Prep food and drink stations and supplies</li><li>Follow all food handling and beverage service laws and policies.</li><li>Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons when no bartender on shift.</li><li>Restock and replenish inventory and supplies</li><li>Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience</li><li>Comply with all food and beverage regulations</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Positive attitude and excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to stand, lift, move quickly, learn by doing and use an iPad</li><li>Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred.</li></ul>PayBase pay for servers is $5.90. We have 28 spacious rooms and are known for our friendly customer service and clean rooms.Lucile's is an American restaurant in The Continental that was recognized for serving one of Iowa's Top 10 Burgers in 2024 and 2020.AvailabilityMust be available to work Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. No previous experience required.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare salads and wraps according to recipes and portion sizes</li><li>Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen</li><li>Assist with inventory management</li><li>Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation</li><li>Follow dietary restrictions and special requests for meals</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks</li><li>Familiarity with the food preparation and food safety practices</li><li>Willingness to help others and work as part of a team</li></ul>Abilities<ul><li>Must be able to stand for 4 to eight hour shifts</li><li>Must be able to climb stairs and move nimbly around kitchen</li><li>Must regularly be able to lift up to 50 pounds.</li></ul>As a Salad Maker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality meals.
