The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating internal catering operations, and supporting marketing activities across multiple platforms. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and creative skills.Key Responsibilities:Answer customer calls and inquiries related to catering services, providing excellent service and support.Coordinate with internal staff to ensure smooth execution of catering tasks and timely delivery.Manage and organize catering orders using Excel (tracking requests, scheduling, and order follow-up).Monitor and update inventory of catering tools and supplies.Support marketing efforts by creating promotional content (videos, designs, posts) using editing tools and AI-based applications.Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) through creative campaigns and promotions.Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.Ensure smooth communication between clients and staff to meet expectations and maintain service quality.Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced and talented Chef to lead our catering operations. The ideal candidate will not only excel in cooking but also demonstrate strong leadership and management skills to oversee the entire kitchen and branch responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and create high-quality dishes, specializing in Arabic and Gulf cuisine (additional international experience is a plus). prefer experience in Iranian cuisine as wellLead, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.Take full responsibility for kitchen performance, food quality, and service standards.Plan menus, develop new dishes, and maintain creativity in food presentation.Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP or equivalent).Train, guide, and support team members to improve skills and maintain consistency.Work effectively under pressure, especially during catering events.Ensure proper scheduling, task distribution, and operational discipline in the kitchen.Job Type: Full-time
