Requirement Analysis&middot; Understand customer specifications, functional needs, and automation objectives.&middot; Translate requirements into workable technical solutions.2. Concept &amp; System Design&middot; Develop machine layouts, automation concepts, and feasibility studies.&middot; Create 3D CAD models, assemblies, and detailed drawings.&middot; Evaluate and select actuators, sensors, robots, and other automation components.3. Engineering &amp; Development&middot; Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection.&middot; Work on BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation and standardization of components.&middot; Coordinate with electrical/software teams for system integration.4. Prototyping &amp; Testing&middot; Oversee prototype building, debugging, and testing.&middot; Validate design for safety, cycle time, and durability.&middot; Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).5. Documentation &amp; Compliance&middot; Prepare design documentation, manuals, and test reports.&middot; Ensure compliance with ISO, CE, OSHA, and other safety standards.6. Project Management&middot; Track project timelines, resources, and deliverables.&middot; Coordinate with vendors for outsourced parts and ensure quality.&middot; Provide cost estimation and design optimization for budget adherence.7.
