The Lease-to-Own (LTO) Sales Representative will support the growth of Milele Car Rentals LTO division by ensuring timely lead responses, consistent follow-ups, and closing new LTO deals. The role will assist Abdur Rehman in managing leads effectively while also generating independent sales, ensuring no opportunities are lost and strengthening recurring revenue through long-term LTO contracts.

Respond to all new inbound leads within 15 minutes during working hours.</li><li>
Ensure 100% follow-up on old leads within a 30-day cycle.</li></ul></li><li>
Sales &amp; Conversion<ul><li>
Assist LTO sales lead with lead management and high-value closings.</li><li>
Independently convert leads into LTO sales, meeting monthly sales targets.</li><li>
Upsell additional services such as insurance, warranties, and upgrades.</li></ul></li><li>
Customer Relationship Management<ul><li>
Maintain professional and engaging communication with all prospects.</li><li>
Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.</li><li>
Resolve customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction and trust.</li></ul></li><li>
Data &amp; Documentation<ul><li>
Update lead and customer records in CRM/ERP systems.</li><li>
Track lease agreements, payments, and vehicle statuses accurately.</li></ul></li><li>
Reporting &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>
Submit weekly reports on leads, sales activity, and conversion rates.</li><li>
Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth LTO processing.</li><li>
