We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative (Sales Executive / Business Development Representative / Automotive Leasing Consultant) to support the rapid growth of Milele Car Rental’s Lease-to-Own (LTO) division.

This role requires strong B2B sales, lead management and deal-closing skills. You will work with corporate clients, SMEs and individuals who need flexible mobility and long-term rental solutions.

Respond to all new inbound leads within 15 minutes during working hours.

Ensure 100% follow-up on warm and older leads within a 30-day cycle.

Assist the LTO Sales Lead with lead management and high-value closing opportunities.

Independently convert LTO leads into confirmed sales, meeting monthly sales targets.

Generate new opportunities through prospecting, outbound outreach, and networking (preferred).

Upsell add-ons such as insurance, warranties, upgrades, and value-added services.

Maintain professional, engaging, and consistent communication through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Handle customer queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.

Update and maintain lead/customer data in CRM/ERP systems.

Track lease agreements, payment schedules, and vehicle delivery timelines accurately.

Prepare weekly reports on lead flow, sales pipeline, and conversion rates.

Collaborate with the operations and finance teams for smooth LTO processing.

Participate in sales training, product updates, and team meetings to improve sales techniques.

Sales & Negotiation: Strong closing skills and the ability to influence and convert leads.

Lead Management: Ability to handle multiple leads, prioritize, and meet follow-up SLAs.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; Urdu/Punjabi is a plus.

Customer Relationship Building: Ability to build trust and manage long-term clients.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM/ERP systems, WhatsApp, online sales channels, and Microsoft Office.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze lead quality, sales performance, and customer feedback.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and daily SLAs.

Adaptability: Quick learner with flexibility to adjust sales strategies based on customer needs.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.

Experience: 1–3 years in sales, automotive leasing, car rental, financial services or inside sales.

Industry Background: Experience in the automotive, mobility or financial sector is an advantage.
