Job Opportunity: Accounts Executive (Textile Industry)

Location: Gajumattah, Lahore, Pakistan
Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years (Preferably in the Textile Industry)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our Accounts & finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing sales and purchase invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial documentation related to fabric purchases, processing, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Sales & Service Invoices: Generate and process sales invoices for fabric and services rendered.
✔ Purchase Invoices: Handle invoices related to fabric purchases, shearing, and processing activities while ensuring accuracy in pricing and supplier details.
✔ Account Reconciliations: Perform supplier and customer account reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely settlements.
✔ Service Processing Invoices: Manage invoices for fabric processing services such as dyeing, printing, and shearing.
✔ Financial Record Management: Maintain organized financial records, ensure accurate data entry, and assist in audits when required.
✔ Other Duties: Support senior management with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 4-5 years of experience in accounting (Textile industry experience preferred).
✅ Strong knowledge of accounts reconciliation, invoicing, and financial record management.
✅ Proficiency in accounting software & MS Excel.
✅ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
