Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are a fast-paced outpatient psychiatric clinic that is expanding with a more innovative approach and are currently looking for a compassionate Medical Receptionist/Assistant. This position requires communication with patients to check them into all in-office and virtual appointments, receive all copays for appointments, send out/obtain medical records, as well as other assistance including some back-office work. Our compassionate, patient-centered team is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join us full-time.Job Summary:As a Medical Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a key role in assisting patients throughout their treatment process, ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical protocols.
