Candidate must have an experience about industry solar installation.The Solar Site Electrical Engineer is responsible for supervising, executing, and commissioning electrical works at solar power project sites. The role ensures that all installations comply with approved designs, safety standards, and local electrical regulations while maintaining quality, efficiency, and timely project delivery.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise on-site electrical installation of solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, combiner boxes, cabling, earthing, and protection systems</li><li>Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and standards</li><li>Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and project teams to ensure smooth site operations</li><li>Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar electrical systems</li><li>Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company HSE policies</li><li>Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports</li><li>Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality control</li><li>Support grid synchronization and liaise with utility authorities when required</li><li>Identify and resolve on-site technical issues efficiently</li><li>Guide and supervise technicians, electricians, and subcontractors</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering</li><li>Proven experience in solar PV installation and site execution</li><li>Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, inverters, protection devices, and earthing</li><li>Familiarity with solar standards (IEC, NEC, or local regulations)</li><li>Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Good communication and coordination abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently on project sites</li><li>Knowledge of safety practices and risk management</li><li>Time management and reporting skills</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;5+ years of relevant experience in solar or renewable energy projects (preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

The role ensures timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong supplier relationships and accurate inventory records.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Procure solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, cables, DC/AC accessories, protection devices, and electrical materials</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain best pricing, quality, and delivery terms</li><li>Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier invoices</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and stores to understand material requirements</li><li>Ensure materials meet technical specifications, quality standards, and project needs</li><li>Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to avoid delays</li><li>Maintain updated supplier records, price comparisons, and procurement reports</li><li>Coordinate with stores for inventory control and stock management</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures</li><li>Handle warranty claims, returns, and material discrepancies</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field</li><li>Proven experience in solar and electrical material procurement</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of solar PV components and electrical accessories</li><li>Good negotiation and vendor management skills</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical material specifications</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement/accounting software</li><li>Strong organizational and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;5+ years of relevant experience in solar, electrical, or renewable energy procurement (preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
