As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of engineering principles and project management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and develop infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems.</li><li>Prepare detailed plans, blueprints, and technical specifications.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.</li><li>Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, and other data to plan projects.</li><li>Estimate project costs and monitor budgets.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.</li><li>Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.</li><li>Manage project documentation and maintain records.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.</li><li>years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and project management.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>CONSTRUCTION: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>

Review IFC drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirementsIdentify project procurement requirements in coordination with engineering and site teamsPrepare and issue RFQs to approved suppliers and subcontractors in QatarConduct technical and commercial evaluations and prepare comparison sheetsCoordinate with consultants for material approvals and compliance with QCS &amp; project specsNegotiate prices, delivery schedules, warranties, and payment termsFollow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery in line with the project programWeekly progress reports on procurement activities, highlight potential delays, and propose practical solutions.Support variation orders and claims related to procurement itemsEnsure compliance with company procurement procedures and Qatari regulationsJob Type: Full-time
