Procurement Manager Civil and Architectural (ARABIC ONLY )

Review IFC drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements

Identify project procurement requirements in coordination with engineering and site teams

Prepare and issue RFQs to approved suppliers and subcontractors in Qatar

Conduct technical and commercial evaluations and prepare comparison sheets

Coordinate with consultants for material approvals and compliance with QCS & project specs

Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, warranties, and payment terms

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery in line with the project program

Weekly progress reports on procurement activities, highlight potential delays, and propose practical solutions.

Support variation orders and claims related to procurement items

Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and Qatari regulations
