Procurement Officer

Job Title: The Procurement Officer with Trading Experience. Person should have experience/ responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services with a focus on trading-related activities. They will be in charge of identifying trading partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services to meet the organization's needs, with a strong emphasis on trading practices.

Qualifications: Any Engineering Degree

Responsibilities:

· Maintains list of approved suppliers

· Evaluates new suppliers and reevaluate existing suppliers

· Collects and maintains latest price list of items

· Signs all Po’s, LPO’s ,after ascertaining the correctness of details

· Coordinates with suppliers for delivery and resolves all issues with them

· Collects latest items profiles, catalogues, for promotion among customers

· Settles with suppliers on nonconforming products, non- saleable products.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
