About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Materials Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling the flow of materials to ensure smooth operations across projects and production lines. This role is critical in maintaining accurate inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control material usage, stock levels, and replenishment.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to align material requirements.
• Conduct regular audits to verify stock accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare reports on material consumption, shortages, and forecasts.
• Implement best practices for inventory management and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in materials control, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Must have a valid QID
