Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team at [MTC . As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of engineering principles and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems.
• Prepare detailed plans, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, and other data to plan projects.
• Estimate project costs and monitor budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and maintain records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and project management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
