Medical Receptionist

<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process &mdash; job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.</li><li>Handle payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for timely salary disbursement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labour laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).</li><li>Draft, implement, and update HR policies and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Conduct employee orientation, induction, and training programs.</li><li>Manage employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.</li><li>Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Coordinate performance evaluations, appraisals, and maintain confidential HR documentation.</li><li>Assist management in workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and disciplinary proceedings when required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in HR (experience in healthcare/hospital sector preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;17,503.12 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
