  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process — job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for timely salary disbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct employee orientation, induction, and training programs.
  • Manage employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate performance evaluations, appraisals, and maintain confidential HR documentation.
  • Assist management in workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and disciplinary proceedings when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR (experience in healthcare/hospital sector preferred).
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,503.12 - ₹50,000.00 per month
