- Manage end-to-end recruitment process — job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for timely salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct employee orientation, induction, and training programs.
- Manage employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate performance evaluations, appraisals, and maintain confidential HR documentation.
- Assist management in workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and disciplinary proceedings when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR (experience in healthcare/hospital sector preferred).
- Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
