Job Type: Senior Executive MarketingEducation: Degree/ Post DegreeExeperience: 5+ Years in Pediatric MarketingJob Describtion1) Create and maintain a Database of referring doctors, Hospitals, Clinics etc.2) Establish regular contact &amp; engage with entire referral channel through personal visits, events, communication, etc.3) Achieve targeted revenues through referrals to Hospitals.4) Conduct outreach clinics to showcase Hospital capabilities in the community.5) Responsible for sales for the Unit assigned.6) Responsible for sales target assigned by the Reporting Manager7) Ensure to meet 8 doctors a day.8) And arrange one to one Doctors meet.9) Arrange CMEs participations10) Conduct medical camps and Media interactions in the assigned territory.11) Increase the visibility of Ovum in the designated areas12) Documentation: - Daily reports to be maintained, Reports of referring doctor&rsquo;s data to be maintained13) Monthly execute the promotional activity assigned time to time14) Keeping tab on competitors &amp; their activities.15) Follow-up and ensure the monthly payments are made to the Visiting Consultants and others Doctors on time.16) Meet the Visiting Doctors and check if any requirements.17) Attend daily meetings with the team and update.18) Implement new sales plans with the team&rsquo;s help.19) Bring in 1 New Visiting Consultant/ 1 Minimum Guarantee Doctors to Ovum every quarter.20) New MOUs with Hospitals tie ups for NICU etc.,21) To ensure expense lines of the Marketing department is within budgeted expenses.Location: Ovum Hospital -Ground Floor, 11/B, 25th Cross Rd, 2nd Sector, Garden Layout, Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102Phone No: 7795547272Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;23,052.07 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
