The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall business objectives. You will manage the full spectrum of HR operations, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and legal compliance, playing a crucial role in our continued success. Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. * Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the company's goals. * Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and employee development. * Nurture a positive working environment by managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting open communication. * Assess training needs to design, implement, and monitor effective training and development programmes. * Ensure legal compliance throughout all human resource management activities, staying current with Pakistani labour laws and regulations. * Administer compensation and benefit plans, conducting regular reviews to ensure market competitiveness. * Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. * Analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions, programmes, and policies. Qualifications * A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional HR certification is highly desirable. * Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role within a reputable organisation. * In-depth knowledge of Pakistani labour law and HR best practices. * Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and HR systems. * Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong leadership qualities with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders. * People-oriented, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
