You will manage the full spectrum of HR operations, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and legal compliance, playing a crucial role in our continued success.

Responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
* Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the company's goals.
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and employee development.
* Nurture a positive working environment by managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting open communication.
* Assess training needs to design, implement, and monitor effective training and development programmes.
* Ensure legal compliance throughout all human resource management activities, staying current with Pakistani labour laws and regulations.
* Administer compensation and benefit plans, conducting regular reviews to ensure market competitiveness.
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
* Analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions, programmes, and policies.

Qualifications

* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional HR certification is highly desirable.
* Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role within a reputable organisation.
* In-depth knowledge of Pakistani labour law and HR best practices.
* Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and HR systems.
* Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
* People-oriented, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
