The RoleYou&rsquo;ll lead strategy, storytelling, and execution across platforms like LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, GitHub, Discord, YouTube, Threads, and emerging engagement spaces (Farcaster, Polywork, Hugging Face Spaces, Lemmy).Your goal: build authentic engagement ecosystems that connect developers, data-scientists, learners, and brands.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Lead the social ecosystem, crafting and executing multi-platform content plans.</li><li>Develop content roadmaps, community campaigns, and creator collaborations across geographies.</li><li>Align storytelling with Pepercorn&rsquo;s broader brand voice - innovation, empathy, design thinking, and tech.</li><li>Co-create 360&deg; content calendars, brand playbooks, and campaign performance frameworks.</li></ul>Content Creation &amp; Publishing<ul><li>Ideate, write, and manage posts, carousels, explainers, micro-videos, AMAs, challenges, and community narratives.</li><li>Translate technical themes (AI, GIS, data, mapping, innovation) into human-centred stories.</li><li>Partner with design and motion teams to produce visually strong, platform-first assets.</li><li>Manage publishing cadence across time zones (India / Australia / GCC audiences).</li></ul>Community Engagement<ul><li>Moderate and nurture communities on Reddit, Quora, GitHub, Discord, turning passive viewers into active contributors.</li><li>Design gamified engagement loops e.g., GeoChallenges, AMA series, live mapping sessions.</li><li>Build micro-influencer &amp; expert networks within GIS, AI, and data storytelling domains.</li><li>Track sentiment, feedback, and user participation to evolve tone and formats.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Use data to shape content direction &amp; measure engagement depth, topic resonance, and community health.</li><li>Prepare monthly dashboards: campaign reach, retention, cross-platform growth, referral traffic.</li><li>Present insights to Pepercorn&rsquo;s creative tech leadership team and client stakeholders.</li></ul>Innovation &amp; Experimentation<ul><li>Prototype with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Runway, Suno, Midjourney) to test new creative formats.</li><li>Scout emerging engagement ecosystems and recommend first-mover strategies.</li><li>Stay ahead of AIO (AI Optimisation), SEO, and voice-search content trends.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>4&ndash;7 years in social media strategy, content creation, or digital community building.</li><li>Strong experience leading content across LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, GitHub, or Discord.</li><li>Exceptional writing and editing skills with a balance of creativity and technical clarity.</li><li>Comfort working with designers, data teams, and AI tools.</li><li>Analytics mindset - familiar with GA4, Hootsuite, Notion dashboards, or similar.</li><li>Bonus: Exposure to technology, education, sustainability, or creative-tech ecosystems.</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Hybrid Thinker: Creative intuition + analytical discipline.</li><li>Community Builder: Values meaningful conversations over vanity metrics.</li><li>Cultural Translator: Can move seamlessly between developer forums and design storytelling.</li><li>Independent &amp; Collaborative: Drives projects solo yet thrives in cross-functional teams.</li><li>Always Curious: Experiments, measures, refines.</li></ul>Reporting To:Director &ndash; Creative Tech &amp; StrategyAbout Pepercorn CommunicationsPepercorn Communications is a Creative + Tech Agency with footprints in India, UAE, UK, and Australia, specialising in brand identity, digital storytelling, content ecosystems, and experience design.Our clients span hospitality, education, fintech, sustainability, and emerging-tech sectors.
