We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who can support leadership (founder) with day-to-day coordination, communication, and project follow-ups, someone who’s comfortable in the world of creative tech, digital marketing, advertising, and brand communication.

This role would be ideal for someone returning to work after a career break, especially a homemaker who has previous experience in marketing and is ready to re-enter a creative, fast-moving environment, with a focus on growing with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate meetings, timelines, and deliverables across creative and client teams
  • Manage email communication, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Assist in digital marketing coordination — scheduling posts, tracking campaigns, and managing basic reports
  • Keep projects on track and ensure things get done
  • Maintain organized digital files, presentations, and documentation
  • Act as executive support to the founder-proactive, calm, and solution-focused

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in marketing, branding, or advertising (agency or in-house)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work remotely and manage flexible hours
