Urgent Hiring: Office SecretaryLocation: Business Bay, DubaiAvailability: Immediate start requiredVisa: With own visa or without (company visa can be discussed)We are seeking an experienced and reliable Operations Coordinator / Office Secretary to join our team immediately and support daily administrative and operational activities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day office administration and office operations</li><li>Handle employee coordination, including leave management, staff requests, and advance salary tracking</li><li>Process WPS payroll and coordination with banks or payroll providers</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and structured filing systems (digital and physical)</li><li>Prepare and manage reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel</li><li>Handle petty cash and expense records</li><li>Process invoicing and payment follow up when needed</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders</li><li>Ensure proper document control and record keeping</li><li>Travel outside the country when required for business purposes</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Arabic or French speaker preferred but not required (English is mandatory)</li><li>Previous experience in office administration or operations coordination</li><li>Knowledgeable in WPS and UAE law</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel</li><li>Well-organized, flexible, and fast learner</li><li>Willing to travel internationally when required</li></ul>Salary: AED 3,000 &ndash; 3,500 (depending on experience and interview)Benefits: According to UAE law.
