Office Secretary (Arabic Speaker)

Urgent Hiring: Office Secretary

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Availability: Immediate start required

Visa: With own visa or without (company visa can be discussed)

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Operations Coordinator / Office Secretary to join our team immediately and support daily administrative and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and office operations
  • Handle employee coordination, including leave management, staff requests, and advance salary tracking
  • Process WPS payroll and coordination with banks or payroll providers
  • Maintain accurate employee records and structured filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Prepare and manage reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel
  • Handle petty cash and expense records
  • Process invoicing and payment follow up when needed
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure proper document control and record keeping
  • Travel outside the country when required for business purposes

Requirements

  • Arabic or French speaker (English is mandatory)
  • Previous experience in office administration or operations coordination
  • Knowledgeable in WPS and UAE law
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Well-organized, flexible, and fast learner
  • Willing to travel internationally when required

Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 (depending on experience and interview)

Benefits: According to UAE law. Annual leave and fare ticket.
