Archiving & Administration Officer

Persian Horizon is seeking an Archiving & Administration Officer to manage document control, filing systems, and day-to-day administrative support across the organization.

This role is suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with digital and physical records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, maintain, and update digital and physical filing systems
  • Ensure proper archiving, indexing, and retrieval of company documents
  • Support administrative tasks across departments as required
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of records
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, and data entry
  • Ensure compliance with internal documentation and retention procedures

Requirements

  • Proficient in administrative and office software (Microsoft Office, document management systems)
  • Strong organizational and filing skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage documents confidentially
  • Prior experience in administration or archiving roles is an advantage
