 Purpose of the Job
 
 
 Support the implementation of integrated risk-based assurance process (IRAP) across the company for establishing a visible linkage between risk &amp; assurance processes through active planning and engagement with/ and support to business process owners. Ensure smooth operations, regular reporting and continuous improvement of the corporate assurance process. In addition, support (as needed) the other governance processes managed by GRA team such as risk management, control incidents, delegation of authorities, financial evaluation of bidders, financial controls framework, etc.
 
 
 Education &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, finance, and/or engineering with related certifications/ trainings in audit &amp; assurance, risk management, internal controls, and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 7 years of overall work experience in business assurance, risk, and internal controls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience of effective communication, influencing through extensive collaboration and engagements with senior management/ business process owners.

 Main Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Engage with functional/ business process owners (department heads) for the development of their respective &lsquo;risk-based annual assurance plans&rsquo;. Direct and provide necessary guidance where current assurance programs are not sufficiently mature.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compile the &lsquo;corporate annual assurance plan&rsquo; comprising of L3, L2 &amp; L1 audits &amp; assurances; and incorporating inputs received from all PDO directorates &amp; functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve LT line-of-sight for the IRAP programme by influencing regular reporting (via respective assurance focal points) against directorates&rsquo; annual assurance plan (plan vs. actual progress)
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with corporate risk team, directorate risk focal points and respective assurance focal points to ensure assurance outcomes are presented/ integrated into directorate risk reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Undertake gap assessments in relation to current assurance practices and engage/ influence respective business areas for bridging the identified gaps (actions closure).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare executive reports/ management summaries on the IRAP programme (as required)
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the delivery of IRAP awareness programmes and related trainings to improve &lsquo;risk-based assurance&rsquo; culture throughout PDO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the deployment of an end- to-end assurance tool to host IRAP life-cycle; post implementation, act as the tool custodian, esnsuring its effective roll-out/ usage across the line.
 </li>

 4+ years IT experience within a mid to large sized technology environment

 Portfolio Planning
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Capture, challenge and rank IM&amp;T Infrastructure demands (Telecom, Computing, Surveillance, Multimedia, end user computing, Collaboration, Networking and Mobility) and provide input to the program build.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide relevant portfolio inputs to Infrastructure plans for presentation to the IDD SG.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the Infrastructure Capex, monitor expenditure performance and report into finance budget reviews (cost reports, do-ability, rephasing).
 </li>

 Purpose of the Job
 
 
 To provide essential monthly, quarterly, and annual financial accounting and reporting services in compliance with the Oil Concession Agreement, Gas Agreement, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). This includes ensuring the accurate recording, management, and reporting of fixed assets to maintain financial integrity and compliance, as well as the timely preparation and review of ledger reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
 
 
 Education &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, and holding a related professional qualification; ACCA, CIMA or CPA etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 4 years&rsquo; experience in accounting and finance positions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good all-round knowledge of Finance disciplines, competent in key finance business activities and should have a good understanding of Oil and Gas exploration and production business, including hydrocarbon transportation processes.
 </li>

 Ability to deliver under pressure whilst maintaining professional standards.

 Good systems and tools skills (e.g SAP, Power BI) and be able to manage monthly reporting and routines including analysis, reviews, and reconciliations.

 Maintain and regularly update the fixed asset register, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and track all asset-related transactions, including acquisitions, transfers, disposals, revaluations, and impairments, while ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with project teams, and finance business departments to facilitate the timely capitalization of assets and alignment with project completion milestones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct periodic reviews and reconciliations of fixed asset records to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support audits by providing detailed asset records, and reports as required, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular reports and analysis on fixed asset performance, trends, and variances to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in preparation of the annual Consolidated/Standalone Financial Statements and support the team leader in the external audit process by providing relevant audit trail as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interface and engage with relevant staff in the organization to ensure integrity of Master data and provide/verify financial information and assurance/review on assets write off proposals and update of assets for reporting and Joint Venture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute the PDO Ledgers maintenance requirements and integrity checks including timely update of relevant data such as oil reserves and production for Unit of Production depreciation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and issue timely monthly reconciliations relating to various company ledgers and undertake relevant action for correction and resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and carry out physical verification of fixed assets and awareness sessions related to Value of Work Done (VOWD) guidelines, accounting policies &amp; standards specific to IFRS and asset accounting processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively participate in the preparation and submission of Shareholders&rsquo; monthly &amp; quarterly reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes and collaborate with the IT team to support process automation
