Specific Responsibilities:<ul><li>To act as the first point of contact for all incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.</li><li>To actively generate sales by contacting new and existing clients and promoting company products and services.</li><li>To manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts from initial enquiry to confirmed booking.</li><li>To prepare and issue proposals, quotations, menus, and cost estimates accurately and on time.</li><li>To follow up on proposals and leads to maximize conversion and close sales.</li><li>To achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.</li><li>To maintain and update all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.</li><li>To schedule and coordinate client meetings, site visits, and tasting sessions.</li><li>To liaise with operations, kitchen, logistics, and finance teams to ensure feasibility and smooth execution of events.</li><li>To upsell additional services such as upgraded menus, premium packages, d&eacute;cor, and entertainment.</li><li>To negotiate pricing within approved parameters while maintaining profit margins.</li><li>To prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.</li><li>To attend networking events, exhibitions, wedding fairs, and client meetings to generate new business.</li><li>To monitor competitor activity and market trends within the UAE catering and events industry.</li><li>To ensure accurate handover of confirmed events to the operations team with complete documentation.</li><li>To maintain professional relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and wedding coordinators.</li><li>To provide excellent customer service before, during, and after events.</li><li>To handle client concerns and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.</li><li>To comply with company policies, UAE food safety regulations, and ethical business standards.</li><li>To be flexible and support the sales and operations teams during peak business periods.</li></ul>Skills and Specification:<ul><li>Ability to generate sales and work towards fixed targets and KPIs.</li><li>Strong communication skills in verbal and written English (Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>Ability to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.</li><li>Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent time management, organization, and follow-up skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, especially in proposals and quotations.</li><li>Ability to analyze information, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.</li><li>Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.</li><li>Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.</li><li>High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.</li><li>Understanding of catering, hospitality, or events industry is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE market practices and cultural considerations is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Sales Coordinator - Events & Catering

Specific Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and oversee day-to-day catering and food service operations for on-site and off-site events.</li><li>Review event orders and ensure accurate execution according to client requirements.</li><li>Liaise with Sales, Kitchen, Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth event coordination.</li><li>Prepare and share event briefings, schedules, and operational instructions with all departments.</li><li>Coordinate staff deployment, equipment allocation, and vehicle scheduling for events.</li><li>Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, setup, and return of food, equipment, and materials.</li><li>Conduct site visits to assess logistics, access, and operational requirements when required.</li><li>Monitor event execution and resolve operational issues promptly.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and rental companies for equipment and materials.</li><li>Track inventory, equipment usage, and ensure proper return and storage after events.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, HACCP, and food safety standards.</li><li>Report operational or maintenance issues to the Operations Manager immediately.</li><li>Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and post-event feedback.</li><li>Be flexible and available to support operations during busy periods or last-minute changes.</li></ul>Skills and Specifications<ul><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Team player with the ability to coordinate across departments.</li><li>Professional attitude when dealing with clients, vendors, and staff.</li><li>Knowledge of catering operations, logistics, and event coordination.</li><li>Familiarity with food safety, HACCP, and UAE Municipality regulations.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
