Specific Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day catering and food service operations for on-site and off-site events.
- Review event orders and ensure accurate execution according to client requirements.
- Liaise with Sales, Kitchen, Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth event coordination.
- Prepare and share event briefings, schedules, and operational instructions with all departments.
- Coordinate staff deployment, equipment allocation, and vehicle scheduling for events.
- Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, setup, and return of food, equipment, and materials.
- Conduct site visits to assess logistics, access, and operational requirements when required.
- Monitor event execution and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with suppliers and rental companies for equipment and materials.
- Track inventory, equipment usage, and ensure proper return and storage after events.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Report operational or maintenance issues to the Operations Manager immediately.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and post-event feedback.
- Be flexible and available to support operations during busy periods or last-minute changes.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Arabic is an advantage.

- Professional attitude when dealing with clients, vendors, and staff.
- Knowledge of catering operations, logistics, and event coordination.
- Familiarity with food safety, HACCP, and UAE Municipality regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
