The Events Sponsorship Sales position is a key role in the company. The job is to promote FittGROUP products and services to potential clients, maintain and grow existing client accounts and relationships, negotiate contracts and create sales
with the aim of maximizing profits. As well as representing the company at our events.
Events Sponsorship Sales Job Roles/Responsibilities
- Actively promote FittGROUP events, products and services to prospective clients, create sales and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts and create new client sales represent the company at events.
- Responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to all clients using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for following up with clients, ensuring transactions are successful and delivered as promised.
- Actively promote products and services to clients and prospects, contacting and meeting them to determine their needs and make sales.
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned events.
- Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer and client base
- Develop business plans and sales strategies for our projects that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Prepare action plans for the effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to enter new markets successfully
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and sales
- Create and conduct sales presentations.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team and to clients.
- Ensures that sales meet or exceed targets set for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and final sales results
- Maintain contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Qualifications/Key skills for Events Sponsorship Sales
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- Higher secondary education or equivalent
- Proven experience as a sponsorship sales executive or in a sales position
- Minimum of 3 years working in a sales and commercial environment
- Self-motivated and driven by targets.
- Strong communication skills, including both spoken and written fluency in English
- Demonstrable sales skills and success
- Commercial experience
- IT skills
- Numerical fluency
Salary: AED 5000 plus commission
Experience in sales: Minimum of 3 years
UAE Driver’s License: Required
