We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and help maintain accurate financial records while supporting our continued growth.Position SummaryThe Part-Time Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the company&rsquo;s day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and experienced in bookkeeping for a small to mid-sized business.Responsibilities&middot; Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online&middot; Record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions&middot; Reconcile bank and credit card accounts&middot; Process vendor payments and customer invoices&middot; Prepare monthly financial reports&middot; Assist with budgeting and cash flow tracking&middot; Maintain general ledger accounts&middot; Prepare documentation for CPA and year-end tax reporting&middot; Monitor expenses and identify discrepancies&middot; Organize digital financial records and supporting documentation&middot; Assist with payroll reporting and employee reimbursements as needed&middot; Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practicesPay: $25.13 - $30.26 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hamilton, NJ 08619

service-relatedSupport Coordinator ResponsibilitiesA Support Coordinator is qualified by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) to provide services that assist participants in gaining access to needed program and state plan services, as well as needed medical, social, educational, and other services. Support Coordinators complete a variety of responsibilities in partnership with the person, his/her family, DDD, and service providers, which include:Identifying the person's support needs and preferencesDeveloping the NJ Person-Centered Planning Tool and NJ Individual Service PlanLocating options for services that include: traditional disability providers, generic community supports, government supports beyond DDD, and/or natural support based on funds available in the person's individual budget.Ongoing monitoring of supports and services by conducting monthly calls and quarterly face-to-face visits.Responding to emergencies and other service related needs of the person and/or familyRequired Skills<ul><li>Must be able to manage a caseload of 25 to 30 clients</li><li>Having good management and customer relations skills</li><li>Being an effective listener with the ability to be action-oriented</li><li>Having good verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Be a problem solver and resourceful in finding community resources</li><li>Is self-managed and can work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Being organized and attentive to detail</li><li>Be a fast learner and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to quickly learn and use case management software</li><li>Be able to multitask and manage multiple situations at the same time</li></ul>QualificationsThis is a management-level position and not suitable for an entry-level candidate. To be considered, the candidate must have clear management experience.Bachelor's Degree -- and - 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (experience can be caring for a family member or paid or non-paid work).The experience must be the equivalent of a year of full-time documented experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities;This experience can include paid employment, volunteer experience, and/or being a family caregiver of an individual with a developmental disability;If you have previously provided care coordination to a different population and some percentage of the individuals you served had developmental disabilities, you may be able to demonstrate the equivalence of a year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities25% of time will be required for travel up to an hour one way throughout New Jersey for client visits.
