Supply Chain Coordinator &mdash; Job DescriptionRole summaryCoordinate day-to-day supply chain operations to ensure timely procurement, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery; support demand planning, supplier relationships, and continuous process improvements.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor and manage inventory levels across warehouses; perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>Create and track purchase orders; follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time shipments and resolve delays.</li><li>Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, 3PLs, and internal teams; schedule pickups and deliveries.</li><li>Support demand planning by providing inventory data, lead time analysis, and order forecasts to planners.</li><li>Process receiving, returns, and warranty claims; oversee inspections and quality hold procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Manhattan).</li><li>Communicate order status and shipment exceptions to stakeholders (procurement, production, sales, customer service).</li><li>Analyze supplier performance (OTIF, lead times, fill rates) and assist in supplier improvement actions.</li><li>Assist with customs documentation and import/export compliance where applicable.</li><li>Implement and document standard operating procedures; participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.</li></ul>Required skills &amp; experience<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory control, or procurement.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication; cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Basic analytical skills and comfort with KPIs and reporting.</li><li>Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR74.29 - QAR150.21 per hourWork Location: On the road

Digital Marketing Specialist &mdash; Job Description About the rolePlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (search, social, email, display, content) to drive awareness, leads, and revenue. Optimize performance using data, testing, and cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and sales.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and run multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM/PPC, social ads, display, and remarketing).</li><li>Manage paid search and social advertising (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) including keyword strategy, bidding, creative, and budget allocation.</li><li>Plan and execute email marketing and marketing automation workflows (segmenting, A/B tests, personalization, deliverability).</li><li>Create, edit, and optimize content for web, blog, landing pages, and ad copy; collaborate with designers for creatives.</li><li>Implement and optimize SEO strategy: on-page, technical SEO, content strategy, and backlink initiatives.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV) and make data-driven optimizations.</li><li>Build and maintain landing pages and conversion funnels; run A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates.</li><li>Manage analytics and tagging (GA4, events, UTM taxonomy, pixel management) and ensure data integrity.</li><li>Coordinate with product, sales, and customer success to align campaigns with GTM plans and nurture leads.</li><li>Maintain paid media budgets, forecasts, and vendor/agency relationships.</li><li>Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, privacy/regulatory changes, and recommend new channels or tools.</li><li>Support content calendar planning and social/community initiatives.</li></ul>Required qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing.</li><li>Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, etc.) and campaign optimization.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar).</li><li>Experience with marketing automation and email platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).</li><li>Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4), dashboarding (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar), and Excel/Sheets.</li><li>Experience running A/B tests and improving conversion funnels.</li><li>Strong copywriting and content optimization skills.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with A/B testing and attribution experience.</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing.</li><li>Familiarity with tracking and privacy frameworks (consent management, CAPI, server-side tracking).</li><li>Experience with tag managers (Google Tag Manager) and CDP tools.</li><li>Knowledge of creative production workflows and basic design skills (Figma, Canva).</li><li>Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR85.31 - QAR245.61 per hourWork Location: In person
