Digital Marketing Specialist — Job Description

About the role

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (search, social, email, display, content) to drive awareness, leads, and revenue. Optimize performance using data, testing, and cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and run multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM/PPC, social ads, display, and remarketing).
  • Manage paid search and social advertising (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) including keyword strategy, bidding, creative, and budget allocation.
  • Plan and execute email marketing and marketing automation workflows (segmenting, A/B tests, personalization, deliverability).
  • Create, edit, and optimize content for web, blog, landing pages, and ad copy; collaborate with designers for creatives.
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategy: on-page, technical SEO, content strategy, and backlink initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV) and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Build and maintain landing pages and conversion funnels; run A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage analytics and tagging (GA4, events, UTM taxonomy, pixel management) and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate with product, sales, and customer success to align campaigns with GTM plans and nurture leads.
  • Maintain paid media budgets, forecasts, and vendor/agency relationships.
  • Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, privacy/regulatory changes, and recommend new channels or tools.
  • Support content calendar planning and social/community initiatives.

Required qualifications

  • 2–4 years experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, etc.) and campaign optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar).
  • Experience with marketing automation and email platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4), dashboarding (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar), and Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience running A/B tests and improving conversion funnels.
  • Strong copywriting and content optimization skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with A/B testing and attribution experience.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with tracking and privacy frameworks (consent management, CAPI, server-side tracking).
  • Experience with tag managers (Google Tag Manager) and CDP tools.
  • Knowledge of creative production workflows and basic design skills (Figma, Canva).
  • Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR85.31 - QAR245.61 per hour
