What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions) and continuously improve results
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• A/B test creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies
• Manage budgets and allocate spend for maximum ROI
• Collaborate with creative and content teams for high-performing ads
• Generate clear, actionable performance reports for clients/stakeholders
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform changes
