Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Digital Marketing SpecialistJob Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving website traffic, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness through data-driven strategies and continuous performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversions
  • Conduct audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies to improve campaign efficiency
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and other tools
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other analytics platforms
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance
  • Optimize landing pages and user journeys for better conversion rates (CRO)
  • Conduct funnel analysis and implement improvements to maximize user engagement and conversions
  • Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and copy
  • Generate reports and insights to guide decision-making and improve ROI

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of campaign setup, targeting, and optimization across digital platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel analysis
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and CRO techniques
  • Strong understanding of audience behavior and segmentation strategies
  • Basic copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and social media content
  • Experience in social media planning and management
