Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, and social media
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Oversee content marketing, email campaigns, and lead generation funnels
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate reports
• Improve website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
• Lead and mentor the marketing team
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics tools
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms
• Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
