Marketing Specialist - F&B

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to promote our Food & Beverage outlets, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital presence, and supporting sales growth across restaurants, cafes, or hospitality outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for F&B outlets
• Plan and manage social media campaigns and digital marketing activities
• Create engaging content for promotions, menus, and events
• Coordinate with chefs and operations teams for new menu launches and offers
• Manage online presence (social media, website, and review platforms)
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Organize promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
• Collaborate with designers and agencies for marketing materials
• Monitor competitors and market trends
• Support branding and customer engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or restaurant industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation
• Experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.) is an advantage
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills
• Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns effectively
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in branding, promotions, and event marketing
• Knowledge of food trends and customer preferences is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
