Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to support a short-term project. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker, currently based in Qatar, and available to work on-site. This role involves supporting marketing campaigns, event promotions, and on-ground activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Create and manage content for social media platforms in Arabic and English
• Support event marketing, promotions, and on-site activations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign execution
• Monitor and report on campaign performance
• Ensure all marketing materials align with branding guidelines
• Provide on-ground support during events and marketing activities

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Currently based in Qatar and available for immediate joining
• Proven experience in marketing or a similar role
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in events, marketing, or advertising industry
• Basic design or content creation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Working Conditions

• Temporary assignment (one month)
• On-site work required
• Immediate start preferred

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
