Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Sales Associate who will be responsible for driving sales, supporting the team, and assisting in marketing initiatives to promote products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, creativity in marketing, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Functions:

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Assist customers and provide product/service recommendations

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

• Supervise and support junior sales staff

• Maintain product knowledge and pricing updates

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

• Ensure proper merchandising and display of products

• Coordinate with operations for stock availability

Marketing Functions:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Create and suggest promotional ideas to increase sales

• Manage social media inquiries and customer engagement

• Help in preparing marketing materials (flyers, posts, offers)

• Conduct market research and competitor monitoring

• Support outdoor sales and client visits when required

• Assist in organizing events, promotions, and product launches

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales with marketing exposure

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Creative and proactive mindset

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Customer-focused and target-driven

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools

• Proficient in MS Office applications

Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years in sales

• Experience in marketing or promotions is an advantage
