Marketing Officer

Responsible for supporting and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote films, events, and cinema services. This includes overseeing advertising initiatives, managing promotional activities, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with the cinema’s brand identity and objectives. The role also involves maintaining relationships with media outlets, sponsors, and partners to enhance visibility and reach.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cinema, media, or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Preferably Bilingual (Arabic/English speaker).

Strategic:

• Support and execute marketing plans for new movie releases, special screenings, and cinema events.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience demographics to fine-tune promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure marketing materials align with branding and promotional guidelines.

Operational:

• Implement and track marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, OOH).
• Manage social media campaigns and regularly update cinema’s online presence.
• Handle PR activities, including writing press releases and managing media relations.
• Coordinate partnerships with influencers, filmmakers, and distributors to drive traffic and ticket sales

People:

Liaise with internal teams, such as design, production, and sales, to execute cross-functional marketing initiatives

Health, Safety & Environment

Ensure that all marketing events and campaigns adhere to safety regulations and promote a positive image of the cinema.
