<b>About the Role</b><br>
The Application Developer supports the full software lifecycle for NRHQ&rsquo;s custom workflow applications. Responsibilities include developing new applications and databases, enhancing existing systems, executing test plans, drafting end‑user documentation, and providing ongoing maintenance and defect resolution.<br>
<br>
<b>Core Responsibilities</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Develop and implement new and enhanced applications/databases.</li>
<li>Execute manual and automated test plans.</li>
<li>Draft and revise user documentation and technical artifacts.</li>
<li>Perform maintenance, troubleshoot defects, and implement enhancements</li>
</ul><div><b>Requirements</b><br>
</div><ul><li>3+ years of application development experience <b>or</b> relevant 4‑year degree.</li>
<li>Desired: Experience with JavaScript, HTML, ServiceNow (not required).</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain DOE L‑level clearance (Q‑level may be required for certain roles).</li></ul></div></div>

</div><div>Own O&amp;M manual updates, drawings, labeling artifacts, training rosters, and deliverable packaging to meet contract requirements.<br>
</div><div><b>Responsibilities</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Update O&amp;M manuals within 30 days of changes; maintain change log.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Generate/maintain AutoCAD drawings; SEC labeling artifacts.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prepare PM, trip, QA reports; ensure naming conventions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support Section 508 compliance and deliverable QA.</li></ul><br>
<div><b>Qualifications</b><br>
</div><ul><li>3+ years technical writing/configuration management.</li></ul>
<ul><li>AutoCAD proficiency; BAS familiarity.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Detail-oriented; experience with federal deliverables.</li></ul>
<ul><li>SECRET clearance preferred.</li></ul><br>
<div><b>Minimum Certifications</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Section 508 knowledge</li></ul>
