Client Summary:
USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) manages acquisition and assistance actions across the Agency. USAID’s Office of Human Capital and Talent Management (HCTM) requires senior HR specialists to support separation processing, retirement and benefits actions, personnel records validation, and HR data quality for the Agency-wide closeout.
Salary Range: $120,000–$145,000
Position Summary:
Provide technical HR expertise supporting complex separation and retirement cases, records reconciliation, and HRIS cleanup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently process complex Civil Service and Foreign Service separations and retirements.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in personnel records and service histories.
- Develop QA tools, job aids, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate across HR, payroll, benefits, and records teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years direct federal HR operations experience.
