USAID CONTINGENT – Mid-Level HR Manager – Closeout (Administrative )

Client Summary:
USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) manages acquisition and assistance actions across the AgencyHCTM requires mid-level administrative HR managers to help coordinate tasks, manage inquiries, and support HR data/reporting during closeout operations.
Salary Range: $90,000–$115,000
Position Summary:
Provide administrative support for HR closeout operations, managing workflow and supporting HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage task trackers, HR metrics, and reporting.
  • Support Tier 1/2 inquiry responses and escalation tracking.
  • Maintain records, audit documentation, and administrative files.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years administrative/analytical support in a federal HR environment.
